Bonjour from the Opal Coast

Bonjour from the Opal Coast

Over the Easter break 30 First and Second Year pupils went to northern France to the Opal Coast. We stayed near to Boulogne in an activity centre and were hosted by French ‘animateurs’ who ensured a fully French experience. Pupils visited the underground tunnels from the First World War under Arras, a chocolate factory with tasting, a boulangerie where they learnt to make bread, took part in French treasure hunts and a karaoke and ate lots of authentic French food. The pupils behaved brilliantly, and a fun trip was had by all. À la prochaine … (until the next time).
