Inspiring Seminar with Pablo Lloyd OBE

¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ recently had the pleasure of welcoming Pablo Lloyd OBE for an inspiring seminar with our Business and Philosophy & Theology A‑level students, drawing on his recently published book, The Financial Times Guide to Business Ethics.

Pablo explored the interdisciplinary nature of ethics, challenging students to think critically about moral decision‑making across business, philosophy and society, and to consider how ethical frameworks shape leadership in the real world.

During his visit, Pablo also had the opportunity to observe our EDGE programme in action. He saw our Third Years launch their exciting Escape Room project, focused on design thinking and creative problem‑solving, and our Fourth Years’ Game Changers project, where pupils pitched designs for upcycled sportswear for the Manchester University Game Changers Competition.

Pablo’s insights, warmth and real‑world perspective made for an impactful visit, leaving our pupils inspired and challenged to think more deeply about ethics in action.
